Applications for Bachelor and Master of Education programs are processed centrally by the Student Service Center.

Applications for Master of Science degree programs

Application documents

The application form for Master's programs is created via the Campus Management Portal HISinOne

The application documents must be sent in paper form. Print out and sign the application form created via HISinOne. Send the signed application form and all other necessary application documents by post to the address given on the form. You will find the address on the first page of the application form in the top left corner. You will find an overview of the necessary application documents under admission requirements.

Please do not submit any originals of certificates! The application documents cannot be returned after completion of the procedure.

Please refrain from expensive application portfolios! All you need to do is staple the complete application documents or use a simple filing stripe.

If you are applying for several study programs at the same time, make sure to send the applications to the correct address. As different admission committees are responsible for the individual study programs, each application must be complete in itself.

Later submission of application documents

All applications must be sent in complete form (= containing all required documents) by the end of the respective application period. Incomplete applications will not be processed, it is not possible to submit documents later!

One and only exception: You do not hold the Bachelor certificate yet

In the case the B.Sc. programme has not been completed yet, please include a provisional, but official transcript showing all courses, credit points and grades of the courses taken so far. Also include proof, that you have started your B.Sc. thesis, or at the very least, your registration to carry out your thesis. For applications for the M.Sc. in Chemistry, this confirmation does not have to be certified; it is sufficient to provide a  transcript of records from which it is evident that the degree will be completed soon. In the case of admission to the Master’s program, the Bachelor's certificate must then be presented at matriculation.

It is not possible to submit language certificates after the application deadline. All required language skills have to be proven at the time of the application - in case of missing language certificates, the application will be rejected.
